Jason basically grew up in the plumbing industry, and over the years he’s noticed a lot of flaws and other common issues that could easily be improved on. So X decided to take matters into his own hands and start his own plumbing company.
But Jason didn’t start off as a 1 vehicle operation- He started with 5 trucks, a well thought out marketing plan, and a plan to continue to grow and scale. Using his past experience and setting up systems and processes, Jason was able to skip that first stage of business that many entrepreneurs go through of wearing every hat in the company.
Although Jason has seen a lot of successful growth, he still manages to come off as a friendly local company that cares about it’s customers, rather than a huge organization that’s only financially driven.
